Most of the people usually don’t drink much water while visiting the sauna that is not a good thing during the session you are going to sweat a lot like a sweaty workout so you should drink more water than a normal routine day. Drink at least a little of water before stepping inside and after finishing the session drink water immediately and wait for your body to cool down before doing anything else.
